Sydney Walk
Sometimes our thoughts and feelings can crowd our internal world, making it hard to stay present in daily life. This can feel overwhelming, isolating, and even scary especially when you are unsure of where to turn or how to begin working through it all.
Sydney is passionate about creating a safe and supportive space to explore these challenges. Through a holistic and individualized lens, she strives to meet you where you are on your one-of-a-kind journey and help you define your goals for therapy. Drawing on evidence-based approaches like CBT, ERP, and DBT, Sydney walks alongside you as you move towards meaningful change.
Whether you would like to integrate your beliefs, values, or faith, Sydney honors your preferences and incorporates them into the therapeutic process at the level you desire. She welcomes you to come as you are, and together, you can work towards the place you want to be.
Sydney enjoys sharing stories, laughing, and watching movies with her loved ones whenever she gets the chance. She also enjoys anything crafty including making polymer clay jewelry, film photography and embroidery.
