Sometimes people feel overwhelmed and helpless navigating emotional and relational challenges in silence. They feel like everyday is a battle and aren’t sure where to turn for help. They feel as if they are being buried deeper and deeper under the weight of their challenges and they can’t see a way forward.

Sarah’s office is a safe and supportive space for exploration, growth, and healing. She utilizes holistic and evidence-based approaches to accommodate each client’s unique experience, needs, and goals for therapy. Sarah partners with her clients to develop the skills they need to be resilient and confident problem-solvers primarily using CBT, ACT, mindfulness, and play therapy approaches.

Sarah values the therapeutic relationship and practices person-centered counseling with faith-based integration for interested clients.

Sarah is a pre-licensed counselor working towards her M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. She earned her B.A. in Psychology from Case Western Reserve University and studied School Psychology at the University of Texas at Austin. Sarah has three years of experience working in public schools, charter schools, residential treatment facilities, and children's hospitals as a School Psychology student. Sarah also has five years of experience conducting research in Pediatric psychology.

Sarah enjoys drinking tea with her husband and playing outside with her kids and dog, Finley. You will often find her buried in a children’s book or taking a walk outside.
