Molly Ramich strives to provide a warm, safe environment for individuals and families to cope with difficult situations and grow.
Molly has a trauma-informed, strength-based approach that is rooted in the belief that each person has dignity and worth. She has experience working with families, children and adolescents, and young adults, specifically implementing techniques related to addressing anxiety, depression, communication skills, family dynamics, and parent management. She particularly enjoys utilizing solution-focused and motivational interviewing modalities, and she can integrate faith-based principles into counseling if desired. She also has experience connecting families to additional community resources if needed.
In her free time, she enjoys playing guitar and singing, reading, being outdoors, and baking!
