Drawing from her personal experiences and professional training, Mary meets each client with compassion and understanding. She helps individuals identify and reframe negative thought patterns, creating space for new perspectives, healing, and meaning in life. Cancer is an area of focus for her, due to her own battle with the disease. Mary is eager to help you find hope again. Her other areas of focus include trauma, grief, motherhood, and couples counseling.

She is passionate about helping clients rediscover their own sense of hope in a safe, welcoming environment that values the therapeutic relationship.
