Kaelin provides a safe refuge for clients to come and share their stories and faithfully walks with them to promote healing and growth. She integrates multiple therapeutic modalities while considering each individual’s faith beliefs.
She brings authenticity and warmth into her work providing a collaborative experience for anything from depression and anxiety to work stress and relationship conflict. She is grounded in theoretical approaches of Adlerian counseling and cognitive behavioral therapy and utilizes faith-based principles to promote healing as guided by the client’s request. Kaelin highlights and utilizes each individual’s strengths and addresses all aspects of wellness including mental, physical, emotional, social, and spiritual health.
Kaelin can often be seen working with adolescents in a variety of settings including coaching sports teams in her free time!
In her time outside of work, Kaelin can be found staying active at the gym, on walks with her husband and dog Penny, or coaching high school field hockey and lacrosse. She also works part time as a youth minister at a local church and volunteers locally for Young Life!
