She draws from various modalities such as Cognitive Behavior, Emotional Focused, and Solution-focused therapy. Additionally, faith-based principles may be included as requested by the client. Heather is pleased to offer virtual appointments for those residing in Pennsylvania.
Prior to counseling, she has 20 years of experience working with families and children in Iowa. Heather enjoys travel and time with family. She can be seen enjoying nature while on walks and the golf course. Her early mornings of prayer and reading are her favorite part of her day!
