Haven provides a warm, relational, and client-centered approach to therapy, tailoring each session to the unique goals and experiences of those she serves. Her heart is to create a safe, welcoming space where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered to take meaningful steps forward. For clients seeking faith-integrated care, Haven also offers Christian counseling, thoughtfully blending clinical strategies with spiritual insight.

Haven works with individuals across the lifespan, and her experience includes supporting clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relational struggles. She believes that the foundation of effective therapy begins with a genuine, trusting therapeutic relationship—and she is honored to walk alongside clients as they pursue growth, healing, and renewed hope.

Outside the counseling room, Haven enjoys spending time with her puppy, baking, learning Spanish, and doing Pilates. She also loves studying the Bible. Haven has been married to her best friend, José Luis, since 2023.
