Colleen deeply values the therapeutic relationship and is eager to work alongside clients to navigate life's challenges effectively. She is committed to creating a safe and welcoming environment where individuals, couples, and families can address their issues and pursue positive change. Colleen is pleased to offer Christian counseling and is equally dedicated to supporting clients from diverse faith backgrounds. She employs a range of counseling techniques, including person-centered therapy, cognitive behavior therapy, internal family systems therapy and solution-focused therapy, to tailor her approach to each client's unique needs.
Colleen has been happily married since 1994 and has raised three wonderful adult children. She is passionate about staying active and finds joy in singing during her free time. Her life is most fulfilling when she is surrounded by the love and support of friends and family.
