Life can be challenging, and facing those challenges alone can feel overwhelming—but you don’t have to do it alone. I provide a warm, compassionate space where you can explore your emotions, build on your strengths, and find hope in the midst of life’s difficulties. Using proven techniques tailored to your unique needs, I help clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship struggles. For those who desire it, I am pleased to integrate Christian counseling or faith-based principles into our work, respecting your personal preferences and spiritual journey. Together, we’ll uncover tools and strategies to lift your mood, deepen self-understanding, and create meaningful change. Healing is a journey, and I’m here to walk with you every step of the way.
