Life moves fast, and with constant distractions, each day can start to feel like a blur. Even when you're surrounded by people, you may feel disconnected or alone. When it’s hard to make sense of what you’re feeling—or even find the time to try—expressing yourself to loved ones, coworkers, or friends can become frustrating and isolating.

Do you ever pause to really listen—to yourself, your spouse, or your children—to understand the deeper needs behind the frustration or unhappiness? It’s easy to overlook your own well-being while managing daily responsibilities. But checking in with yourself—how you spend your time, recharge, and find balance—is essential. Like the oxygen mask analogy, caring for yourself first isn’t selfish; it’s necessary. When you prioritize your own clarity and fulfillment, you’re better equipped to support others and build a life that truly reflects your values.

Brian helps you slow down and make sense of what’s getting in the way of your happiness. Through thoughtful reflection and practical support, he works with you to develop a clear plan rooted in your lived experiences, values, and emotions. His approach helps you reconnect with your purpose, gain direction, and cultivate a sense of peace and fulfillment in your life.

Brian has been married since 2009, has 2 children in their teen years and multiple pets.  Brian can be seen spending time with family and friends, enjoying nature, riding his motorcycle, cozying up to an outdoor firepit, and listening to many kinds of music.
