Accepting New Clients

These days, many of us feel stuck, burned out, or simply weighed down by our emotions. It can show up as anxiety, self-doubt, or tension in our relationships. With so many responsibilities and life transitions to manage, the future can start to feel heavy — and finding balance or a sense of purpose may seem out of reach.

Bre is here to walk beside you through those challenges. She’s passionate about helping individuals and couples heal from emotional pain, navigate difficult seasons, and move toward lasting growth. Whether you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or just ready for something to shift, Bre offers a compassionate, collaborative, and judgment-free space where you can be fully yourself — a place where healing can happen and real change feels possible.

While Bre works with clients of all ages, she has a special focus on ADHD, anxiety, trauma, women’s issues, and supporting couples in repairing and strengthening their relationships. She tailors her approach to fit your unique needs, drawing from DBT, CBT, Mindfulness, and Solution-Focused Therapy. Together, you’ll develop practical coping strategies, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and find ways to stay grounded — even during times of stress or transition.

When she’s not in the counseling room, Bre is all about making memories with her two kids and embracing anything that sparks joy — from paddleboarding and camping to baking sweet treats or chasing giggles at the park. She treasures being fully present in those moments. You might spot her jogging with a stroller, hiking scenic trails, or exploring places she’s never been before.
