Life presents challenges that can contribute to anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and relationship difficulties—often preventing individuals from fully experiencing the life they desire. Whether navigating workplace stress, relationship concerns, or feelings of being overwhelmed or stuck, seeking support is a meaningful step toward growth and healing. Collaborating with a professional counselor can help create a clear and purposeful path forward.

Amy White is a seasoned clinician with extensive experience working with both individuals and couples, as well as serving in leadership roles across various organizations. She is committed to partnering with clients to develop practical strategies that support meaningful and lasting outcomes.

Amy is a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with clients ages 20 and older. She addresses a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, interpersonal challenges, boundary-setting, grief and loss, trauma, work-life balance, and overall quality of life. She also has a particular interest in addressing spiritual concerns, especially in cases involving spiritual trauma or distorted beliefs related to God and the Christian faith.

Her therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Trauma-Informed Care, and Motivational Interviewing.
