Autumn is passionate about pursuing hope with her clients as she considers it a privilege to help clients experience peaceful and fulfilling lives in light of challenging experiences and hardships. Autumn is known for being vibrant and tender-hearted.

Autumn counsels from a holistic approach in which she integrates physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of one’s life. Additionally, she is cognizant of the roles played by one’s community, habits and thought life. She encourages clients to develop a counseling relationship at their own pace and comfort level, seeking to offer a safe space for self-discovery. Autumn welcomes clients of all faith backgrounds, though she feels best equipped to counsel from the framework of a Christian worldview.

Autumn grew up in the suburbs of Pittsburgh and recently welcomed her husband Benjamin to the area from Columbus, Ohio. Autumn and her husband are happily married, and they reside with their three spirited cats named Samoa, Tagalong, and Daisy. Her favorite pastimes include reading books, singing and writing songs, sharing laughter, and embracing nature.
