Cathy Grieb: LPC, NCC
Clinic Director / Counselor
M.A. Professional Counseling
Maintaining a work-life balance and experiencing transitions such as a new job, marriage, parenting, experiencing an empty nest, and caring for aging parents can place a strain on the relationships closest to you: your spouse, your family and your friends.
You may have wondered, "What about me? I am exhausted! Who is going to take care of me?" We have become accustomed to pouring out all of our energy, love and care onto others and may experience stress, feelings of overwhelm and anxiety without the realization that we are depleted and have nothing left in our emotional, spiritual or physical tank. Now, more than ever, it is your turn to take care of you
Cathy is passionate about helping people move forward in a meaningful way that honors overall well-being that aligns with each individual's values and beliefs. One of Cathy's specialties is the integration of counseling techniques with biblical principles in the therapeutic process as directed by each individual's personal preference and faith journey.
Cathy has been married since 1993 and has 3 adult children, 2 daughter in-laws, 2 grandchildren and 2 granddogs. Cathy can be seen spending time with family and friends, taking pictures of sunsets, walking her dog, participating in Bible studies and crocheting blankets.
